When will I receive my order?
Most items are shipped within one week of receiving your order. For custom orders, please allow two to three weeks for delivery. If you need faster service, please email email@example.com or call 312-396-4014 and provide a detailed message, including your telephone number. We will contact you within the day. Customer service is important to us and we will make every effort to meet your special needs.
How will my order be shipped?
You have a choice! Moonbeams products may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number (which generally takes 5 days) - Or you may choose Federal Express Federal Express 3-day service. Shipping/handling charges will be added to your total at check-out.
If you prefer UPS or FedEx Standard (overnight) service, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping estimate.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O Boxes, so you must provide us with a street address. Also, all Moonbeams SemiPrecious Gemstone Jewelry is insured and requires a signature upon delivery.
What are the delivery/handling charges within the United States?

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we charge sales tax for all purchases shipped to Illinois and Arizona.
Moonbeams, Lilacs & Roses is the Creative Arts Division of Brittany Publications, Ltd., which is based in Chicago, Illinois, with a second location in Scottsdale, Arizona. Illinois sales tax is 10.25%. Arizona sales tax is 7.95%.
May I pay by Credit Card?
Online orders require a credit card. We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express through PayPal for fast, easy and secure transactions. You don't even need a PayPal account. All transactions are in U.S. dollars only.
What about checks and money orders?
Online orders require a credit card. However, if you prefer to pay by check or money order, please email email@example.com with your order, and we will invoice you. Be sure to include your phone number, a shipping address, and how you wish us to ship your order (USPS or Federal Express). We will email you an invoice. Prepayment is required, and we will ship your product(s) as soon as the check clears.
What about International orders?
All international orders (including Canada and Puerto Rico) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or FedEx International Economy. Both require a direct signature, and are billed at a flat rate depending on the country. You will be invoiced through PayPal for payment in U.S. dollars by Instant Funds Transfer, E-Check or Credit Card, depending on the country. You do not need to have a PayPal account. All duties and taxes are the customers responsibility. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping rates before ordering. Once an order is shipped, it may not be cancelled. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for any international orders. Prepayment is required for all orders.
Do you gift wrap?
All beaded items are packaged in lovely boxes suitable for gifting.
Can I buy Moonbeams products in a store?
We currently do not have our own showroom or store front. If that changes, we will post the address on our web site.
Is Wholesale or Quantity Pricing available?
Wholesale Pricing is available on some items and require a valid Tax (Resale) License, proof of a retail storefront (or website if selling online) and a minimum opening order of $100. None of our products are available on consignment.
Quantity Pricing is available for Corporate Gift Programs, Quantity (Party or Gift) Purchases, and to qualifying Nonprofit Organizations for Gift or Fundraising Projects. Please email email@example.com or call 312-396-4014 for information - and leave your name and title, organization, address, and telephone number - and the nature of your inquiry. Your call will be promptly returned. (Please note that many Moonbeams Beaded Products and Moonbeams Designer Jewelry are currently priced at a special online discount of 30% to 50% less than suggested retail prices. This special pricing is available for a limited time only - and only for online purchases on our website. Prices on our Etsy Shop may differ.)
Can I return or exchange merchandise?
Faulty items or merchandise damaged during shipping may be exchanged within the first 5 business days after delivery. Pre-authorization is required for all returns of damaged merchandise. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 312-396-4014 for a "Return Authorization Code" and return address information. Return postage must be prepaid and the original Moonbeams receipt enclosed with merchandise. CODs will not be accepted. Please use a traceable service such as Federal Express or USPS Priority Mail with a "Delivery Confirmation." We will notify you as soon as the package is received. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. (NOTE: There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for custom orders or international orders.)
Returns and Refunds for Miriam’s Jewelry ONLY
We know you will be happy with your purchase. However, we also realize it is difficult to buy designer jewelry online. If for any reason you wish to return Miriam’s SemiPrecious Jewelry, please let us know within 5 days of receipt of your jewelry by emailing email@example.com for a "Return Authorization Code" and return address information. (NOTE: There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for custom designs or international orders.)
Please note that jewelry returns will only be accepted in the original Gift Box packaging and must include the original receipt and packing slip. The jewelry must be in its original and undamaged condition, unused and securely packed to prevent damage. CODs will not be accepted. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. It is important for returns to be insured for the full jewelry value and to use a traceable service such as USPS delivery confirmation, or FedEx overnight or two-day service. We will notify you as soon as the package is received. If the item is lost or damaged during shipping, the carrier is responsible to you for the refund. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Refunds do not include original delivery or return shipping costs. You will receive your refund for the purchase price within 14 days of our receipt of the undamaged merchandise.
Custom orders, items on the SALE page, and all other Moonbeams Beaded Products are final sales. Except as described in the above paragraphs for Miriam's SemiPrecious Gemstone Jewelry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please remember that all beaded products are made-to-order using a variety of materials. Bead combinations are unique and materials, patterns and shapes will vary from item-to-item; some colors also may vary slightly from web site photos.

Personal Information. To fulfil your order, you must provide certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, and the details of the product(s) that you’re ordering to us or to Mal’s E-Commerce (our shopping cart service), and to PayPal to complete your purchase. You may also choose to provide additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), when you contact us directly. We never see your credit or debit card number, and will never ask for your debit or credit card number, nor should you provide it except as required by PayPal in order to fulfill your order.
